Customers within the United States may place orders directly through the SMTmax website using approved credit card payment methods for convenient checkout.

- Phone, Email, and Purchase Orders, Orders may also be placed directly with SMTmax by phone, email, or formal purchase order. Our team is available to assist with quotations, product selection, technical questions, and application specific recommendations.
- Business Credit Accounts: Qualified business customers may apply for Net 30 payment terms subject to credit approval and trade reference verification.
- International Orders For international customers, orders may be placed directly through SMTmax or through authorized distribution partners where available. Accepted payment methods may include bank wire transfer and approved electronic payment options.
- Warranty Policy: SMTmax products are backed by a standard one year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal operating conditions.
Select products may qualify for extended warranty coverage where applicable.
Warranty coverage does not include consumable components, normal wear items, improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modifications, shipping damage, or damage resulting from operation outside intended specifications.

Return Policy:
SMTmax is committed to customer satisfaction while maintaining fair return procedures for standard inventory products.
Return eligibility requirements include:
Products can be returned within 30 days and 25% restocking fee will be applied. Custom or specially made order items will not qualify for return.
The customer is responsible for repacking in original conditions to avoid damages during return shipping; damages can lead to shipping claim and longer refund time. After we receive a returned product, it can take up to 72 hours to process the return. Afterwards we will issue the refund based on how the order was paid.
