How to purchase from us:

  • Purchasing from our website, you can directly check out from our website with a credit card  if you  live in the United States.
  • Phone, Fax or Email, if the purchase needs to be made by P.O, C.O.D, using your carriers account or would like to know more information about the products.
  • New account: you can set up a 30 day term account with at least 3 credit/trade references. This process can take up to 2-3 days. A D&B's number with good rating will increase turnaround time.
  • International orders please email, fax or call us directly, or contact our distributors. We only accept bank wire transfer or PayPal payments for international purchases.
  • Warranty: all of our products carry a standard one year limited warranty. For more information please read our Enhance Warranty Terms and Conditions

 

Return Policy:

 

SMTmax Corp. has a one week money back guarantee after you receive your order in the United States. You can return all non-used items with the same packaging for any reasons within one week of your original invoice and get a full refund, excluding Shipping and Handling fees. You will have to pay return shipping cost. This guarantee applies to all In Stock products only and does not apply to Samples, Custom Orders and Special Orders.

Products can be returned within 30 days and 25% restocking fee will be applied. Custom or specially made order items will not qualify for return.

The customer is responsible for repacking in original conditions to avoid damages during return shipping; damages can lead to shipping claim and longer refund time. After we receive a returned product, it can take up to 72 hours to process the return. Afterwards we will issue the refund based on how the order was paid.

 

Products damages due to shipping:

 

Our products are well packed and inspected before shipping. Always inspect for any signs of damages on packing boxes while you receive a shipment and before signing the carrier acceptance. If you find any damages, please notify the driver and make notes in the shipping comment section, accordingly before signing. If product is damaged, contact us within 3 days after you receiving your order. In order to process your damaged products, we need you to send us pictures of damaged products. Fill up our RMA (Return Material Authorization) form. We will not cover any inconvenience other than our product.
