The QM-2040 automatic pick and place machine was designed for table-top use, equipped with a comprehensive vision inspection system. It features one upward-looking fly cameras for small parts and one precision camera for handling chips. This model has been offered in the SMTmax product line to provide high-speed operation. With a 40/44-feeder capacity and a working area of 12" x 9", along with two picking and placing heads, it offers a production rate of 2500 to 4000 per hour (PPH). This makes it an ideal choice for customers looking to bring their assembly processes in-house.The QM-2040 also boast an automatic selection feature for pick and place shortest paths. It is equipped with pneumatic feeder ports, and the hardware and software are provided by SMTmax at our Cypress, California facility. This allows for potential customization to suit unique handling requirements and applications.
