SMTmax announced today that their new product, QM-3000 dual heads with a newly designed automatic nozzle changer system, coming to the SMT market after intensive testing in the field.

With the new dual heads system customers can gain up to 60 to 80% of the CPH speed comparing to a single head Pick and Place system. The new system will also be equipped with brushless motors and improved controllers. The normal speed of the new QM3000 dual head system will be 3000 to 4000 PPH, which provides a better option for LED board manufactures. Smtmax also offers their Flexible Conveyor System with the new QM3000 as an option to build extreme long boards The new automatic nozzle changing system comes with SMTmax’s software upgrades. Its new design makes it more robotic and durable. The price of the nozzle changer offered by SMTmax is only a small portion of an equivalent product on the market.
